This company was contracted to move a grand piano for the purpose of new carpet installI was given a quote for $to move a grand pianoThis was confirmed twice via telephone conversationWhen the movers showed up, the supervisor shouted an unprofessional expletive and informed us it would cost $vs the quote I was given over the phone which was $Under duress, we agreed to pay $They moved it feet to the garageThe next day they show up to move it back into my Mother in laws house and told her it would be an additional $to move it backI demanded they leave the house and that I thought it was unfair to request this of an year old woman when it had not been explained in the original quoteThey finally agreed to move it back for free and did soI cannot recommend this company based on their efforts to double the feeStay away from this company

My husband co-owns a small business, so we understand it is sometimes hard to operate small independent businesses, and we always very nice and generous to the hard-working people like ushowever, this company is set to trick you in any way they couldFirst of all, the person who seems to be in charge is very rude and arrogantHe uses offensive language right in our faceone of his guys left his driver's license at our old placeHe could not care less about the people who work for him and basically said to us it was none of his business to help retrieve his driver's licensemy husband is always fair and considerate when it comes to treating people who work for him, therefore, we felt it is incredibly rude for him to do thisSecondly, the company took their time and went to get drinks, and folded their blanket when on the clock, which is finebut they charged us min for only min overWe felt we were being tricked and treated unfairlywe were not told ahead of time this is the case, otherwise we would paid more attention about the timeit is not entirely about the money; we really felt they were doing this on purposes, and took advantage of usWe always support the business that are honest and helpful to their customersbut NOT this onevery disappointed about their services
