Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The entire statement from Reliable Movers is false, and founded on lies The mover changed the date of the service, only after I mentioned in a text that I may cancel the service After I mentioned to him that I may cancel the service, he took it upon himself to change the date of service from January 27th, to Jnauary 20th (I have provided email proof of this to the local police under report #16-0118) The movers used the information in a reservation link I forwarded by mistake, which included my email and the last digits of my credit card # With this info, and knowing that I may cancel, reliable movers, went into the uhaul system to override the original date of service from the 27th to the 20th, and then proceeded to complete the process by entering the payment code and a customer review (which should only be done by the customer) It's at this point he committed credit card fraud, as he was acting as me in the Uhaul system UHaul's fraud department was able to trace the IP address of the person that entered a customer review, and determined it wasn't me (the customer)further proving that reliable movers committed fraud to release funds they had not provided service for To add, our commercial building was closed on the 20th, so services could not have been provided on this day Finally, I received a call from the local detective a few days ago and they mentioned that their initial investigation revealed that reliable movers has done this in the past Bill Regards, [redacted] ***

I am completely irate at the this hotel I booked nights here back in October The curtains here are nothing but sheer white The room was so bright all night from the lights in the parking lot that my husband and I couldn't get any sleep We spent all night trying to cover up the window The girl at the front desk said that they had nothing they could do for us We even asked for clips or something that we could use to put up towels over the window and they said no Then, to top it off, the alarm went off in the wee hours We could not spend another night where there is no dark to sleep We were told that they had already charged our card for the first night but that they could refund the money and we wouldn't be charged for the next night since we were checking out Low and behold by the end of the month, no refund Then we were told that they were waiting on authorization for the refund We have been going back and forth with people getting fired and having to ret

This customer booked service with us through uhaul for the minimum of hours for guysUpon booking he first booked the wrong date which I changed for himHe then changed with date with me again for same day
serviceWe arrived and there was an hour and a half of workUpon GIVING US THE PAYMENT CODE a digit number only gives to customers to release to us as payment and ASSURANCE that the job gets doneSo yes I entered the payment code as I do all competed jobsI then told him uhaul refunds $for all reviews of service leftHe agreed left us a review and we were on our wayI then get a call asking if he would be refunded the extra time that wasn't utilized and I explaind that would not be the case, he gave us the code after our job was done and we had already leftI then get calls saying we never completed the job for him we stole his credit card in which we have NO ACCESS TOHe then was harassing me saying he was going to file a police report for stolen Credit card information, that we took payment for a job that wasn't ever completeLong story short for some reason uhaul has refunded this customer the funds in which we were paid for doing the jobThat money was taken from another job in which I completed off of uhaul marketplaceMy question is thisIf it's so easy for someone to make a story up without any proof the services were not complete how can he be refunded not by meAnd how can he just call and make random reports out of anger?

I encourage my crew to report any damage right away, which they did Our contract states that we pay cents per pound for damaged items, up to a maximum of $per item, the maximum is $for the entire job The client and his wife signed the contract This was pointed
this out when the damage was reported and it was offered to the him but he refusedThe contract also states that the consumer has days to pay the bill in full After that he must pay a $late fee plus any additional fees incurred to collect the debt I did try to meet with him but our schedules conflicted I had a meeting and could not wait If these terms are unacceptable, I will have to take him to small claims court

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The damage done exceeds $ The contract was signed after the damage was done and after the job was complete The owner has never stated the total weight of the Job and therefore is in no position to state how much the total claim can be.I send a copy of the contract and pictures of damage that was done I believe that the damage done to the property of the house and to my personal property will exceed $ If (un)Reliable Movers wishes to go to small claims court The should be assured there will be counter litigation

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The entire statement from Reliable Movers is false, and founded on lies.  The mover changed the date of the service, only after I mentioned in a text that I may cancel the service.  After I mentioned to him that I may cancel the service, he took it upon himself to change the date of service from January 27th, to Jnauary 20th (I have provided email proof of this to the local police under report #16-0118).  The movers used the information in a reservation link I forwarded by mistake, which included my email and the last 4 digits of my credit card #.  With this info, and knowing that I may cancel, reliable movers, went into the uhaul system to override the original date of service from the 27th to the 20th, and then proceeded to complete the process by entering the payment code and a customer review (which should only be done by the customer).  It's at this point he committed credit card fraud, as he was acting as me in the Uhaul system.
UHaul's fraud department was able to trace the IP address of the person that entered a customer review, and determined it wasn't me (the customer).... further proving that reliable movers committed fraud to release funds they had not provided service for.  To add, our commercial building was closed on the 20th, so services could not have been provided on this day.
Finally, I received a call from the local detective a few days ago and they mentioned that their initial investigation revealed that reliable movers has done this in the past.
