Mr*** *** (Ms*** ***'s fiance) gave authorization to pull credit on SatJan10th, @ 10:59am during a minute conversation with *** *** (Nissan Internet Manager)We have this call archived and can provide to Mr*** *** and Ms***.
I did not want to attach the call to this file due to the fact that Mr*** provides all of his personal information on the callI can play this call for Ms*** if she would like in person. Mr*** stated he would be the primary buyer due to credit strength and that Ms*** would be a secondary buyer
Reliable Nissan did indeed have authorization to pull credit. (It is not possible for us to pull credit without obtaining personal information from a customer)
It should be noted that a dealership's inquiry on a credit bureau is a "soft pull" (the dealership is not a financial entity that makes credit decisions). Soft pulls have minimal effect on a consumer's bureau unless they are excessive (within a month cycle)

I am rejecting this response because:
There was a verbal agreement that was made that the payments would be under $400, it was then and only then that I gave authorization to run my credit A couple hours passed and I ended up calling the office because I hadn't heard from anyone and that $dollars that we verbally agreeded upon went out the window, the payments were going to be $and that's when I asked what my credit score was and I was told it was outstandingRegardless of the credit being ran, the verbal agreement in regards to the payment being below $was not keptThey didn't honor their wordThis is a poor way of doing businessNow I'm stuck with a blemish on my creditWhat I would I like is to be made whole, a check for $for the time spent trying to fix my creditTheir neglegance shouldn't have to be my issue due to the fact that we were going to purchase a vehicle now this is going to affect me in purchasing a vehicle at another dealership
