Review: I dropped off my printer for repair two months ago. I was told I would receive an estimate in 2 days, which took three weeks. I agreed to the estimate and was told the product would be ready in 3 days. Now the company has not responded to multiple phone calls. It's been 2 1/2 months. I found a review on-line which stated that the company stole their product. I'm afraid the same thing has happened to my printer (value$700). I went by the store and the gates are shut.Desired Settlement: I simply want my printer returned and will get it fixed somewhere else.

Review: I dropped off an Epson Photo 2200 photo printer on December **, 2013, in addition to brand new ink cartridges in the printer. I was charged a diagnostic fee and then never heard back from them. I called a few weeks later and they said they could fix it but needed to order parts. I agreed to wait for the parts. They never called me back. I called again and was told the parts did not come in. Now I have been calling and calling and only get a recording. No one seem to be there at all. I have the paperwork but none of my equipment was returned or repaired. The last message I left was for them to please return my equipment to me whether it was repaired or not. But they have not returned my call. I feel that they have scammed me.Desired Settlement: I would like my epson photo printer and ink cartridges returned to me, or to be reimbursed for the value of the printer and ink cartridges. The value of the seven ink cartridges for this printer is $94.50. The value of the printer is $600.

Review: 2 Epson 1280 were picked up 0n Nov. *, 2013. We were told when we called that they need to order parts. We called again and were told the parts did not come in. Now we have been calling and calling and only get a recording by [redacted]. No one seem to be there at all. We have the paperwork, no printers. Scammers.Desired Settlement: We want our printers and money back whether or not they are fixed.
