Review: Mid April 2013 our furnace was cleaned and a couple of parts replaced. We use our furnace for Heating only. therefore the furnace is not used betweeen may-sept. Upon starting to use the furnace agian this Oct we noticed it was producing soot much like when it needed to be cleaned, at first we thought it was just residual from when it had been cleaned but after several weeks of cleaning it only to find more it seems it was not cleaned properly back in April. I called to request it be recleaned and they will not do so. I am told it will be a full price regular cleaning.Desired Settlement: I feel the cleaning was not properly done back in April and they should come out and redo the service free of charge. At the very least a very reduced fee should be charged.

I did not get a response in this email, however the company contacte us by phone and came out and recleaned our furnace. made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.
