Revdex.com,We hired Reliable Painting to paint are house, we paid 2,950.oo for them to paint are house, we should not have to make sure everything was done rightThat is why we are paying them to do the job so they make sure it is rightIn other pictures that I sent you was after the job was done, except for that I sent you, which I took another picture after the job was complete which was taken on 8-25-Not caulked or paintedWe paid them had no time limit, they got there moneyWe were in good faith, so with the job they did I feel they should refund $in good faithI took a lot of pictures of places they did not do a good job.Thank you*** * ***

She replied, "I'm done." Went inside her home and came back with a check and said she is not going to recommended us as she handed the check to meI replied, "Okay." As we were driving off she yells, "Get the *** out of here." We always maintained professionalism. Again, thank you for giving us an opportunity to respond to this complaint. Henry S***

Reference ID# [redacted] Dear Revdex.com, I received a letter from your facility on August 14, 2017 in regards to a complaint received by Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]. On May 27, 2017 we began the paint job and completed the paint job on May 31, 2017. Prior to leaving the jobsite we...

made sure that Mrs. [redacted] was happy with the job (as we were told Mr. [redacted] was working out of town) and let her know that if there were any touch ups needed to please call us and we will make it right. The next day she called to let us know that touch ups were needed. The next day after that call we went and made it right. We asked her if there was anything else that needed to be done and she replied, "No." The very next day she called again for touch ups and we went and took care of it. Prior to leaving we walked around the mobile home with Mrs. [redacted] to ensure that it was to her satisfaction. She said, "Everything was fine." As you can see from the copies of the text messages sent by Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] in this compliant the final payment was an issue on their part. As the payment was finally made on June 27, 2017. Mr. [redacted] called me on June 27th asked for us to come over and get this settled. We went to their mobile home that same day. He showed us additional touch ups. I asked Mrs. [redacted] for the paint that was left over since we left it for them and she replied, "I don't have it." We went to Home Depot and purchased a gallon of both paint colors and we only used approximately a pint of the paint to touch up. Mr. [redacted] asked Mrs. [redacted], "Are you happy?" She replied, "I'm done." Went inside her home and came back with a check and said she is not going to recommended us as she handed the check to me. I replied, "Okay." As we were driving off she yells, "Get the [redacted] out of here." As you can see by the text message dates Mrs. [redacted] sent text messages after final payment and walk through. The pictures that the customer enclosed are deceiving as they are in black and white and these could represent before we began the job. It took close to a month to obtain final payment and it clearly shows by reviewing the text messages that June 20 was the only text message mentioning that Mrs. [redacted] was not satisfied with the job completed and she was waiting for Mr. [redacted] to see the paint job. We cannot justify the requested refund of $350.00 to Mr. and Mrs. [redacted]. We did the best possible work for them and did our very best to make it right. We believe that we went above and beyond by making every effort to make the customer happy and patiently waiting close to a month for final payment. Enclosed are photos and a comparison photo received from Mrs. [redacted].
