The company responded via phone as follows: The company states they are trying to contact the consumer to resolve the issue

This reply is in regards to the consumers recent claim that we are disguising ourselves as brands of other companies. We do not do that and neither encourage any one within the organisation to do these activities. We have stated clearly on the website that we are not associated with any third party brand in any manner what so ever. We sell third party soft wares and repair computers of third party brands. There is no relation between reliablepcrepair.org and any other company or brand that we support in any way. If there was a confusion we applogise for that and we would try to be more clear to other consumers. We request you to kindly close this case.

Thank you for notifying us about the consumers complaint. We did an investigation at our level to understand the entire scenario and solve this complaint. computer. We do not agree with her claim because we are a legitimate company and do not do any illegal activities. We might have accessed her computer but that is a standard procedure in order to fix or repair a computer over the phone, Also we take full permission of the customer and only after customer agrees we can take remote access of the computer. We would like to resolve the problem on her computer for free as a courtesy to correct the wrong impression of the company. However we take consumer data and privacy very strictly, It is an incorrect claim that we have hacked in to her computer.Thanks and RegardsReliable PC Repair.
