I am rejecting this response because:I called Reliable to stop the leakThey send someone out to trouble shoot, and give me a free estimate on what they needed to do to stop the leakAfter they looked at the problem, I was told that they needed to remove the wet floor bed and put in new lines on order to fix the leak. I reason I called and hired them was to fix the leakNever have I hire a handyman to fix any thing in my bathroomAnyway, 'It Don't Matter Who;I hired to do the job before I hired themThey had a chance to look at the problem and tell me what needed to be doneNever did they say that the leak was coming from the tiles around the tube area until after they charged me up and did unnecessary workIn my opinion, Reliable Plumbing, Incwas running a scam on me by charging me the highest price to fix the problemAfter they tore up my bathroom floor and replaced pipes that didn't need to be fixed, they grouted and caulked the tile in tube area and replace my floor with a cheaper floorThey thought they got away with ripping me off, but the leak kept on leaking in fact it got worstIt came back to bite them, Now Reliable is trying to blame the cothat did the work before them. Little did they know that I had already filed a complain the Revdex.com against that companyI also had the my insurance come in and estimate damage done to the ceiling before Reliable Plumbing came to fix the leakReliable plumbing never suggested that I get in touch with the handyman who did the tile workI was told that he would check with his boss to see if they could cover the tile with something similar to what Bath Fitters would do and he would get back to me, but he never did.They are trying not to take responibility for what they did, and literary taking advantage of someone that is not an expert in the field of plumbingMy fact can be check, by the Revdex.com, my Insurance Co claim and The *** *** complain office.Regards,

WE DID IN FACT DO WORK IN THIS CUSTOMERS BATHROOM..  CUSTOMER CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND COMPLAINED OF LEAK COMING THRU TO THE CEILING BELOW.  RELIABLE PLUMBING WENT TO THE PROPERTY AND RE CAULKED TUB AREA AND EXPLAINED TO HER THAT THE LEAK WAS COMING FROM THE TILES AROUND TUB AREA.......

CUSTOMER HAD A HANDY MAN DO THE TILE WORK (AROUND THE TUB)  PREVIOUS TO THE PLUMBING WORK THAT WAS COMPLETED BY RELIABLE PLUMBING. WE EXPLAINED TO THE CUSTOMER SEVERAL TIMES THAT THE TILE AROUND HER TUB AREA WAS THE CULPRIT OF HER LEAK IN THE CEILING BELOW.. WE ALSO SUGGESTED TO THE CUSTOMER THAT SHE GET IN CONTACT WITH THE SAID HANDY WHO DID THE TILE WORK WHICH IN FACT WAS DONE POORLY..
