Reliable Property Maintenance

I was frustrated by the rising costs of A/C repairs, and felt like I was always getting ripped off. [redacted] (Kool Air) was recommended to me about 2 years ago. I have used him at my residence and 2 rental properties, and he always fixes the issue in a timely manner and at a fair price. He merged his business with an electrician a year ago, and his work is still excellent and his prices are still reasonable I highly recommend this company.
