Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It is rather unfortunate that you would take such a viewIt is disturbing how you hold your business to such low standards and a sincere lack of professionalismDuring my conversation with [redacted] at the time I picked up my vehicle, she mentioned this "condition report" and photographs but would not show them to me, which I found rather odd, certainly more so since she tried to have me sign the damage release prior to me inspecting my vehicleShe indicated the manager would review the footage from the truck and contact me, this did not happenI asked to view the footage, she stated it was private video and I would need to contact [redacted] ***At no time did anyone there offer me any recourse or options in how to get this resolvedI would like proof that this damage was done prior to the repossession, in the time frame that I last saw my vehicle which was roughly p.mthe evening of November to the time that Reliable Recovery removed it that bumper did not have a scratch on itIt was replaced in June, I have faxed proof of this to Reliable RecoveryI have since filed a damage claim with the finance company, [redacted] *** Regards, [redacted]

Unfortunately, its the repossession business and no one is happy. We do document everything during our repossession as well as take pictures of the condition of the vehicle when it is secured by our recovery agentThe condition report when the vehicle was secured coincided with
our Agents findings, that the damage was there beforehand I can not disclose any further personal information regarding this due to policy and procedures with our preferred clientThank you,*** ***Reliable Recovery Services LLC*** *** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. It is rather unfortunate that you would take such a view. It is disturbing how you hold your business to such low standards and a sincere lack of professionalism. During my conversation with [redacted] at the time I picked up my vehicle, she mentioned this "condition report" and photographs but would not show them to me, which I found rather odd, certainly more so since she tried to have me sign the damage release prior to me inspecting my vehicle. She indicated the manager would review the footage from the truck and contact me, this did not happen. I asked to view the footage, she stated it was private video and I would need to contact [redacted]. At no time did anyone there offer me any recourse or options in how to get this resolved. I would like proof that this damage was done prior to the repossession, in the time frame that I last saw my vehicle which was roughly 10 p.m. the evening of November 30 to the time that Reliable Recovery removed it that bumper did not have a scratch on it. It was replaced in June, I have faxed proof of this to Reliable Recovery. I have since filed a damage claim with the finance company, [redacted].
