I needed a VERY LAST MINUTE window job - two bedroom windows framed in the following hoursEvery place I called basically laughed in my face, or quoted me an outrageous priceBut Robert at Reliable Remodelers took my request very seriously and jumped on the projectWithin an hour, Robert had professional contractors at the house, workingThey worked quickly and expertly, the job was finished with time to spare, and looked amazingI am SO IMPRESSED by the work and their impeccable customer serviceNot to mention, their price was super reasonable, especially considering the last minute-nessI will be using Reliable Remodelers exclusively in the futureDo yourself a favor and call them first!!!

Did great work kitchen came out perfect also did Windows for us wife loves it all n to me that's all I wanted lol thanks reliable

Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

Mr M[redacted] of Reliable Remodelers Inc. eventually sent a check for $2,000 which we received on July [redacted], so he could not have mailed it on June [redacted].  We deposited it on July [redacted].  We were notified by our bank on July [redacted] that the check was returned for nonpayment on July [redacted].  I was informed by Reliable's office staff that Mr. M[redacted] stopped the check because I hadn't yet retracted my Better Business complaint.   I obviously was waiting for the check to clear.   Mr M[redacted] now informs us he is NOT returning our deposit.   As you know, we, in good faith, returned a Notice of Cancellation  within the specified 72 hours via certified, return receipt requested mail.  I have all receipts from the post office, and now the returned certified return receipt requested envelope marked addressee unknown.  The address on Reliable's contract and Notice of Cancellation was a false address....so Mr M[redacted] could not have received it ever.    I'm sure providing an incorrect address makes the contract null and void.  Please help us with this situation.

This customer was fully refunded I can send you check that was sent and dated 6/**/16 from our bank the first national bank of Long Island and furthermore they canceled after the 3 days by law and we still cancel contract we never got that complaint n this has been taking care of thanks

I want to say thank you to reliable remodelers they did an amazing job on my house they did my roof my windows and also my bathroom we have used them all 3 times and from start to finish all we did was get great work thanks again I don't usually give reviews but this is much deserved

They did my roof and siding very happy sale process was painless very happy with the end results...

Do not deal with them. They not reliable. The owner only can promise and lie, full of lies. Will not recommend to anyone. Was waiting for doors for 15 weeks , never received even though paid them half by credit card.
They lie in dispute of credit card charges. If it does not help will make police report about theft and will resolve issue in court my lawyer said.

We recently renovated 2 bathrooms with this company. It was a horrible experience The owner of the company john is a disgusting person with manners and a filthy mouth( he will use profanity language and claims that " I am a man I can talk the way I want". Majority of his workers has very poor professional skills we went through 6 people until we got people who new their job This company very unreliable and you will have so negative experience with them STAY AWAY FROM THEM.
