Reliable Roadside is more like UN-RELIABLE Roadside. What a horrible experience!! I broke down at 12:15pm, originally they were to arrive in about 1 hour. Reliable Roadside NEVER ARRIVED!!! Throughout a total 4 hour wait I was in contact with them, excuse after excuse they never arrived. I expressed my discontent and I threatened that I would be writing this review. The dispatch person promptly hung up on me. I tried to call back, but they wouldn't answer. I had my husband call from his phone - Reliable Roadside said they refuse to send a driver out to me b/c of the way I spoke to them. What jokers. They also do business under the name [redacted]. They are everything BUT reliable and professional!! Hillarious that they use these words in their business names. I have no doubt they will be doing business in another name once they ruin "Reliable Roadside". We called another tow company: [redacted] out of [redacted]. They arrived in the 45 minute ETA, super warm, friendly, and professional. Avoid Reliable Roadside unless you have a day to waste.
