Reliable Rooter & Plumbing

I want to share my experience with my bathroom remodel. Reliable Rooter of Little Chute, WI did an excellent job!, I am not one to give a "5 star" rating very often, but in this case it is well deserved. The job from start to finish was done with professionalism, great attention to detail and quickly so our daily lives were interrupted as little as possible, they even watched out for my pets! The entire crew were a team and it showed in the workmanship of everyone.
Jason B[redacted] who did the drywall repair work was excellent, I mean really excellent at what he does and again all the statements above apply to him as well. I had completed my own cabinet re-paint and everyone was very careful not to bump into it. I would highly recommend Don and his crew for any future work needed. So helpful, professional, answered all my questions. With this crew it was obvious that the quality of work was the priority!

It seems that we often only give a review when we are upset. We should also give reviews for good and satisfactory work.
I want to mention that I was very pleased with this company. The kindness and respect as well as the work impressed me. I had two men come on two days to bring my bathroom up to code. Not a problem! I like that it is locally owned as well. It is hard to find someone to trust these days but when you have to call a plumber I recommend a "Reliable" one :)
I am going to remodel one of my other bathrooms, so I will used them again in my home and business.

Summary of my experience with this company: Terrible. They didn't attempt fixing the problem; instead ensured very high price updates were the only solution. I called this company to fix a hot water pressure issue I was having. Through the magazine advertisement that I got the phone #, it said free plumbing inspection. First appointment: Master plumber [redacted] showed up (was there for 22mins). [redacted], Master plumber, had nothing to offer what the problem was on that date. He had me set up an appointment for them to inspect an agreed ALL water fixtures to find problem. On 11-5-13 two plumbers showed up (they were only at my house from approximately 11:30a-12:20p). They also did not attempt to fix the problem. They took apart 1 basement sink hose, and drained a valve on my water heater for approximately 5 seconds. I was told that ALL fixtures would be taken apart to fix problem/identify problem and this did not happen in this inspection. Their only solution was complete re-piping of all my water lines for $1,500-$1,800. They spent most of their time on the phone with [redacted] about getting the water lines re-piped. This appointment I was charged $250.

After they left, I chose I would get other estimates because of the lack of effort to give me solutions to my problem. I assumed their very high estimate was a ploy to get money from me instead of fixing my problem I requested fixing. Another company was called over the phone. They knew was the problem was over the phone. This other company fixed my problem in under an hour and charged me: $68.

On 12-6-13 I called [redacted] at 2:40pm. I requested that I requested to have a breakdown for the bill I received. He said he would call me back in a couple of hours and never returned my call. He also never gave me an itemized bill for the $250 charged to me.

I have used this company many times and they have always done a great job for me. They are always prompt, clean up well, and have fees that are very reasonable. I would highly recommend.
