I am rejecting this response because:I was sent to this fingerprint place because it was nessesary to recieve my guard cardbut as the comapny failed to grt my guard card after months they should be responsible for the whole processIf they were to do theyre job correct then I would have not wasted my moneyThis whole process was a waste, they sent me to the place to get my fingerprintsoverall if they would of did theyre job then my money would not have been wastedas promised I did not recieve my guard cardtime, money and effort has been losti just want the money that I spend on the piece I needed to finish the process

She went to go get her finger prints on her own, she did not pay me for that she paid the stateThat was her decision I did not make her do itShe wanted to get her guard card so she is responsible for thatI refunded her what she paid for the classes and registration and returned her documents as wellI do not know if the state will refund her but she needs to ask them for that refund
