Reliable Service Company

This company are price gougers. I wish there would have been available reviews prior to contacting them. Not only do they price gouge, when I contacted the office I was told there were no supervisors available and someone would call me back. No one has bothered. $265 to clean a drain. They are scam artists and should be put out of business.

This company installed a high efficiency heater but the installation was NOT up to code! Needless to say when it failed 8 years later ( warrenty is only for 1 year) we were now informed that the installation was not done properly. When we called just to speak to someone about the problem they hung up on us. Funny that the name say RELIABLE

My air conditioner went out and I reached out to this company. They came that day said my temerstat was broken. They only carried one which was an Ecobee4 Pro (so they said). He installed the item. He didn't leave me the sensor that came with the item. He charged me 399.00 for the product which is 100% above retail price. when I called them to ask about the sensor it took me over a week to get someone to talk to me.. Before I talked with them I called Ecobee and they said the item I received was not a Ecobee 4 Pro just a standard Ecobee which was over priced. They said I should have received the sensor. When I finally got ahold of a supervisor he said he would contact the tech. The tech said he didn't leave the sensor as its normally for upstairs which shouldn't matter as I paid for it. Said he would mail it to me has been a week and still no sensor. I informed the supervisor that Ecobee said I did not get the pro and he said that is all they carry. He said he would give me a 10% discount. That same day he charged my debit card 500.00 which was last week and today my bank is over drawn due to the fact that they have charged my debit card 552.00 dollars..

Reliance Service employee came to fix my microwave (it's only 3 years old) and in trying to do so broke a part inside when he was roughly digging inside my microwave. He didn't try and be careful at all.

I called another appliance guy because of how he handled my appliance and also the Reliance service guy couldn't speak any English ..we couldn't communicate about anything. The other appliance repair guy explained the part he broke was discontinue through GE and so they couldn't repair the unit because he couldn't get the part any longer.

I then contacted GE, they too couldn't locate the part anywhere so they did offer me a new unit at cost because my unit was only 3 years old.

I wrote Reliable Service a letter on 12/27/17 explaining in detail and provided all receipts on what their employee did and wanting reimbursement. I heard nothing back and phoned at least 5 times with not a call back until 3/13/18 the manager phone me back ...he was very rude and refused to refund my money due to a small 2 sentence damage waiver. He said I signed a contract...which I did not ...it was an invoice that I received when the service guy who couldn't communicate with me walked out and handed to me. I looked today when I gather my paperwork and it is not signed at all!

I wish I would have looked at the Yelp reviews it looks to me they do this quite often and many things regards to the rude employees.
