We have never met this person directly. It was [redacted] son that hired County Wide Cycle and Marine aka County Wide Auto body located at [redacted] phone number [redacted]. County Wide wanted to partner up with Reliable during the 2015 boating...

season. It is County Wides Work Order (contract) that the job was agreed upon and signed by the son of [redacted]. My company Reliable decided against the partnership with County Wide do to their unethical practices. We understood [redacted] complaints and offered to do the work for free taking the loss, because we felt what County Wide did was un excusable. Unfortunately we were unable to satisfy [redacted], so she slandered and caused defamation of our name and character. She wanted her money back, which was understood but she was going after the wrong company. We gave her all the information needed to go after the right company, but she chose not to. T he LEGAL contract which was signed by her son is with County Wide Cycle and Marine and any further action, needs to be dealt directly with them. We have made [redacted] aware that if she continued to slander our name that we would take further action in civil court. Our attorney has every posting that [redacted] posted on [redacted] and [redacted] and has every threatening text message including blackmail from our service provider.

Review: On 3/**/2015, We replied to an ad that I saw on [redacted] for a Mobile [redacted] Specialist- under Services-Marine Services. We were contacted by [redacted], from that ad. He told us about his expertise as a [redacted], that he had many ads on [redacted] under his company Reliable Superior Precision Mobile Marine Services, and he has been in the business for 20+ years, and of his affiliation with the Knights of Columbus. We made an appointment to meet [redacted] on 3/**/2015, and get an estimate on fixing the boat. He met my son in law [redacted] at my home, [redacted], with a person he introduced as his partner, [redacted]. On 3/28/2015, [redacted], took $2,105.00 of my money, and never picked up or worked on my boat as contracted.Desired Settlement: Return of the money given DIRECTLY to [redacted], on 3/**/2015, who represented himself as Reliable Superior Precision Mobile Marine Services and the mechanic doing the repairs on the boat in the amount of $2,105.00. We have already received the deposit money back from [redacted] of $ 2,000.00 which was received and cashed by him on 3/**/2015. He stated that he was unaware of [redacted] actions in coming to us for additional monies, and that [redacted] acted on his own accord. He stated that his involvement in the boat repairs was as [redacted] stated to me( [redacted]) the reason for their business merger was that [redacted] had the shop and that [redacted] could expand his business and do more complex repairs with a shop and equipment rather than as a Mobile operation. [redacted]' gain would be in repairing boats that needed painting and/or fiberglass repairs, and that [redacted] was the experienced [redacted].
