I had an experience on 4/that I am submitting because I pray that no one else would ever have to go through what I didOn this date I had to do a stress test in order for my PCP to release me for surgeryPlease keep in mind that I am not talking about any other deptin this conversation, only the STRESS TEST DEPTI had a negative experience, but only with one person, as I saw people in that depton this day (the lady that got me started on things, the Doctor, and the gentleman administering the injectionI will only be mentioning his attitudeI believe his name was Ron-- it seemed that everything that I would say, he would either have a rude comment or be very sarcasticHe told me that everything was a piece of cake, and he bet that I would never walk the treadmill to the endHe was rude to my daughter as wellThe comments just would not stopWhen the Doctor finally entered the room, telling my daughter to step out so he could do the test, I refusedI told the doctor why, so he let her stayNow, people sometimes aren't feeling well enough when they go in there, as I was, so I really didn't need any backlash coming from this man or anyone for that matterAt this point I can't even call him a gentleman and feel he would better serve this business cleaning their toiletsBy the way, I DID WALK THE TREADMILL to the endThe only good thing from this experience was that I was determined to prove MrRon wrongThank you for letting me submit this today
Mike came out the very next day after we called him and arrived early - he wasn't even going to charge us for checking our fridge but offered to fix it temporarily until we could replace the fridge and his charge for this was nominal Great service!
[redacted] came when he said he would {he was actually10 minutes early}. Within 10 minutes of inspecting my dryer, he advised that given its age, he would not recommend that he attempt to fix it. He was honest and straight forward. I really appreciated his advice.
Called [redacted] He answered the phone! We discussed the problem with my fancy 7 year old ** stove top not working after I'd run the self clean cycle. It's like -20C outsided and he came out within the hour and did a great job fixing a complex problem. Great guy. Great price. All round great experience and gave good advice on the issue. From now on he will be my go-to guy for appliance repair.
