Totally negative, they had my truck for a month, after two weeks nothing had been done, because a trip was scheduled within two weeks, I suggested I do the trip then bring it back in for them to "bullet proof" it at their convinceI was assured they would finish the mods well before my departure dateNOT!The truck was not completed prior to scheduled departure on a MondayI was informed the truck would be ready Tuesday eveningOn that evening RT was still completing work after dark using flashlights to seeWell, we departed the next day, after miles diesel fumes were coming into the cabA check with*** showed most turbo clamps not tightened and the A/c vac hose not connectedAt about miles into the trip the engine locked upAfter a $towing bill and another $repair bill, not to mention car rental extra lodging, etc we were on the roadDiagnosis was the injectors were not properly torquedIn summary, Reliable Truck's incompetent work cost me an extra $2k over their $3K billRT blew me off when trying to ask them to suffer part of my expense saying they only do warranty work in their shopThey knew when I had to leave but jacked me around until the last minute knowing I would be hundreds of miles away when anything went wrongThe truth is not in them
