Scheduled movement for a vehicle from OH to FL several weeks in advance as I'd have to fly up to OH and be there to have the car shipped. On scheduled pick up date I emailed in the AM (11 am) and was advised via email by [redacted] that he'd investigate and follow shortly. After receiving no response I then called at 2:30 and was advised they were waiting on paperwork for the driver and they'd follow up shortly. Again no response. I then emailed [redacted] again after 6pm and received no response though I did share these were the two days I was available to have the car picked up. Called the next day at 4pm and was advised the carrier cancelled. They'd made no effort to inform or reschedule and caused me to waste a trip flying to OH to get the car picked up. No apology or concern on their part for the car not being picked up. They couldn't care less. Selecting this poorly run organize caused me to waste a trip and I'm now going back up next week to secure transport with another company next week. No concern on their part whatsoever. Absolutely no customer service or any type response. It took a significant amount of time on the phone just to get my deposit returned. Looking to transport an auto? Keep looking.
I have never required a service to transport my car before but when we moved to Colorado I did not want to drive my car all the way there. As I have never used such a service I decided to go with Vantage Auto Movers so that they could find the correct driver for me. The process was very smooth they got me a driver who arrived on time and dropped the car off on time. He was very professional and courteous and my car arrived in the same condition it was picked up in. The price quoted was reasonable and I was very happy with their service overall. I would definitely use Vantage Auto Movers again should I need a similar service.
