aware of his passing and on top of that they are attempting to collect for services not rendered to my great grandfather because he was transferred to hospice around November * and passed away the *** of November He never spent any of November in the nursing home for them to be attempting to collect any money from usI have called and response back, even tried to contact administrator and still no response A month has passed and we still have no information of his personal belongingsThis is simply outrageous.
