Our client came to us on 2/10/17 stating his debit card was not working. We received with him the transactions pending and determined that his card was compromised and we had set the card to “no withdrawals” to prevent any loss of our client’s funds. We activated the card for use again. As he was...

requesting a withdrawal that day, we completed a cash withdrawal through our teller line. He then left the bank. Over the course of 2/10, 2/11, 2/12 and 2/13, the client used his debit card for purchases. He has verified that all these transactions were completed by himself and is not disputing them. He did spend more than he had in his account. This caused him to get two $32 overdraft fees. When he called to discuss the overdraft with the branch manager, she agreed to refund these fees due to his relationship with our bank. He still has a balance due to Reliance Bank due to his debit card purchased and cashed checks, again, none of which he is disputing.
