Review: I have been a reliance global customer for over 10 years and recently encountered an issue a month ago where there were wrong charges on my account (registered phone # ###-###-####). The wrong charges were appx $21 and since there was insufficient balance I had to purchase $25 additional calling minutes. I reported to customer service via phone and email with details. For investigation they locked this account and asked me to create a new one. I created a new one with $10 calling minutes and after a couple of calls, the same problem started happening resulting in wrong calls leading to insufficient balance. The customer service claims everything is resolved however I cannot access the old account nor got back my $21+$25+$10 total money back. They have given no explanation to these wrong charges and based on the calling time and minutes these do not appear as fraudulent calls but looks like a Reliance Infrastructure/Software bug. Reliance owes me $55 and I want this as credit card refund.Desired Settlement: Credit card refund for $55

Review: I have been trying to cancel this service for a while. They keep me on hold and then say they are moving me to a different service. Finally on the [redacted] of april, they sent me a note saying they are suspending my service(again not cancelling), then on the [redacted] of april, I get a note saying, its been activated agaoin. When I contact customer service, they ask me to pay them $2,.09 again (I have been paying this for 24 plus months and not using this service) and saying they cant cancel it, if I wont pay. This is a very frustrating experienceDesired Settlement: I want my refund and a full cancellation of my account. I cannot keep getting on a phone and asking them to cancel it. The website does not allow you to cancel it.

Review: In the month of November 2012, I went to my global call account to change it to pre-paid from post-paid billing. I went through the steps mentioned on the website and it appeared as if my account switched over to pre-paid. I then went ahead and put $10 to my pre-paid account. It was on 11/**/2012 to be precise. To my surprised when I checked my account after a few days, the account did not get switched over. So on 11/**/2012 I called up customer service and talked to [redacted] to let him know my concern over the account not switching over to pre-paid. He requested me to keep my account post-paid but I insisted to convert it to pre-paid as I did not want to keep paying $1.95 monthly fee for the post-paid service. So instead of converting my account over, he offered me a deal where they would waive off the monthly fee of $1.95 for the term of my service if I keep it post-paid. I agreed to it and it seemed all merry-merry until I received a billing statement this month stating that I owe reliance money for the recent billing period. This got me confused as I already had $10 on my account and I did not recollect making the amount of calls that would exhaust the $10 on my account and require a payment from my end. So I logged on to my reliance india call account and to my surprise I noticed that since November 2012, they kept charging me $1.95 service fee for my post-paid service even when [redacted] clearly offered a waiver for the term of my service with them. As soon as I noticed this, I sent an email to reliance customer service about the unauthorized monthly charge of $1.95 that had been levied to me even when the waiver was promised. I requested the refund of unauthorized charges and requested termination of my service. In response back, they said that they got in touch with their concerned department and the charges are not subject to refund and they would waive the $1.95 monthly fee if I re-consider termination of service. I just do not understand how could a company promise a waiver on monthly fee 8 months ago and still keep charging me the fee and instead of correcting their error, they are adamant about not refunding the unauthorized charge and counter offering waiver from current month onward to keep the service?Desired Settlement: I would request reliance to refund the unauthorized monthly fee of $1.95 levied on my account since November 2012. [redacted] promised a waiver on phone in Nov 2012 for the term of my service. I would request Reliance to refer to the call log for November 2012 for my account and go through the details discussed on that call. Thank you!
