This is the second letter I recvd today about this complain I called before and explain that this issue is resolve with my customer
you can verify; The part I was waiting is not available from brother tis printer is almost year old I try to contact brother tech support to resolve the issue and almost spend $150.00 The priner cost is very low the customer deposit the $ in advance1- There was problem was in the printer 1 gray print I changed the high voltage PCB AND PROBLEM RESOLVE2- PAPER REED ERROR NEED THE PR REALY (REPLACED THE REALAY BUT THE SPRING IS NOT AVAILABE3- FUSER NEED TO REPLACED 4- THE DEALY WAS DUE TO THE SPRING FINALLY I EXPLAIN TO CUSTOMER SHE CAME TO MY OFFICE I SHOWED HIIM ALL PROOF 5- AND CUSTOMER IS SATISFIED I CHARGED THE $35,00 AND REURN THE MONEY BACK TO CUSTOME6- AND SHE DECIDE TO BUY THE NEW PRINER7- PLEASE CALL ME IF YOU HAVE AN OTHER QUESTION8- AND UPDATE IN YOUR SYSTEM9- THANKS AGAIN 10- ZIA H***11- PHIONE # ***
