On 3/3/20 I paid Reliance Electric $455 deposit to do my electric panel upgrade. They scheduled it to come on Thursday 3/5/20 at 9am to do the panel upgrade. They did not show up. I tried to call the phone number and got that the number had call restrictions on it. I emailed them and still never received a response. Here are the facts that I have found out:
? *** is not the one who did all of the talking when we were getting our quote….I later found out that it was ***.
? Reliance Electric or *** never filed for a permit to do the work on my house. (I called the city and found that out)
? *** saw the Purple Heart plates on my husband vehicle and thanked him for his service right before he ripped us off.
? I called *** where I found this business, they couldn’t get ahold of them either.
? The address listed on Reliance Electric business license is in fact an empty house in Greenfield MO.
? Apparently, this scam was running recently in Nixa by these guys.
They basically stole from a disabled Iraq war veteran’s VA Check.
