Alex Dwas the technician who was assigned to do our annual furnace inspection He arrived on time, was respectful of our premises, and proceeded to go to work The inspection was done quickly, other items were pointed out in a friendly, but not pushy manner All in all, a job well done, and I believe you can count on Alex to provide a first rate service
We had Joel S*** come and tuour ACHe was very professionalhe was on-timehe was not in a rush to leave, he stayed and made sure I was satisfied with the service he performedHe explained the results to me which I appreciated

Over the past week I have had the opportunity to have contact with Laura Bon several occasions as I have been arranging appointments and follow up appointments for work to be done on my home by Gregg's Home ServiceCommunicating with her over the phone has been a pleasureShe is very helpful in working to arrange appointments to match my circumstances or to arrange to get the specific service staff member who I want to provide a serviceI particularly appreciate the advance notification phone call she provides to notify on the days appointment is scheduled, informing me that the service person is on the way, confirming their name and their approximate arrival timeShe is always cheerful, upbeat and politeShe and I have had a couple of good laughs over the situation I am dealing with during our phone conversationsShe is a pleasure to deal with and very supportive in understanding the issues I am trying to make appointments to get resolved
