I phoned Gregg's yesterday and spoke to Laura about an intermittent leak I had had over the past three years and had started again recently She was able to get me an appointment the same day because of a cancellation Her willingness to help and give me the best service possible was exceptional particularly given that I was quite stressed about the whole thing Then Erwin came at as scheduled After some discussion about this intermittent leak and initially thinking he would have to take the basement ceiling down he decided that it was upstairs at the main drain where the kitchen sink and d/w attached He put an 8" hole in my dining room at the exact location of the main drain and sure enough there was the leak Very impressed with both Laura and Erwin and the price was very reasonable Thank you for true 'customer service'!
I recently purchased a heating system for my home from Gregg'sThe plumber who arrived to help with the install was willing to accommodate some unrelated plumping needs He proved to be not only knowledgeable and professional, but as well gave some excellent advice re my issues....needless to say the service provided was excellent

I found Nathan informative and explain the workings of the boiler that I could understand and it was refreshing that their was no upselling after the service was completedAnd for Jessie she was pleasant on the phone and kept me updated of any delays, due to weatherNice and thumbs up to the both of them

I was at work when the representative from Gregg's arrivedBut my Mother who resides in my home said the Technician was polite pleasant and extremely professional in the manner he conducted himself with the taskMy Mom and a visiting friend of hers said that they felt the service call was like having a good friend over for a visitBoth told me in glowing terms the ease at which they felt with the Gregg's Technician in my homeI have had less than favorable experiences with other companies and that is why my choice for services is always going to be Gregg's

This is the third time I have requested technician Brett Gfor my annual heating and cooling system inspectionAs always he was friendly and professional, gave options available for future replacements if necessary Showed me maintainence things I could do to keep my equipment in good working order As far as Gregg's Plumbing & Heating, I would not hesitate to recommend this business to anyone looking for quality service and reasonable pricing
