STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! WORST CUSTOMERS SERVICE & A RIP OFF IN PRICING!! These people are CROOKS with out the mask. I originally contacted this company from a website search for boiler repair. The guy who answer assured me assured me they were experienced in doing this line of work. It turns out that was an absolutely lie. Don't be fooled by uniforms, reviews, and appearance. For starters I was given a 3 hr window in the morning in which they would arrive and the tech David showed 1hr late. This was followed by a tech Silvestre which should of been aware of the job requirements didn't know what he was going on when he arrived. I mean where is the communication??? Later that day when the 2nd person showed up at 4pm I had almost pretty much lost my whole day waiting around with there false time window of arrival. I was already sceptical and upset so I contacted a supervisor by the name of Glen. This man assured me I would be happy and he would take care of me. Which again that Was FALSE. Unless you mean taking care of some one by charging Extremely Ridiculous rates of about $1100 IN LABOR ALONE FOR A 1-2HR JOB! Glen shouldnt hold the role of a supervisor he should be the head leader of a all these thieves out there. He doesnt know how to treat a customer or support the business in any way! I expected understaning for my lost of time and business and not UNFAIR AND COSTLY UNPROFESSIONAL SEEVICE. This all was concluded with a call from the owner CESAR to call me which till this day I havent heard anything..I AM SO DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THIS EXPERIENCE AND IT'S UNFORTUNATE GOOGLE ALLOWS THESE THIEVES TO BE A PART OF SEARCH. Thank goodness for customer experience and reviews to help people avoid costly mistakes.

First rate tech and service

I call them to fix a shower that has problem with hot water. The plumber told me that he has to replace the entire faucet because the parts were not available and gave an estimate of $1606. I did not trust him to do the job but had to pay him $150 diagnostic charge. I called a second plumber who told me that there are spare parts available for the faucet but he found that a washer was clogging the passage and by removing it he fixed the problem. His total charge was $126.

Bennie arrived early and knew how to address the issue of the non-working wall heater. He tested for CMo and made sure the unit would continue working, turning it off and on repeatedly. He was courteous and respectful. I appreciated someone with his knowledge.

This was my second time using Reliance Home Services, Inc. They offered a good deal for getting my furnaces and air conditioning units serviced, so I took advantage of it. I like that they give a narrower window than most companies (2 hours), and they call to let you know which hour they'll be closer to. Keith T. was courteous and efficient, seemed knowledgeable/explained what he was doing and things to watch for in the future, and did a great job on cleaning the gunk out of the bottom of my a/c units. I also appreciated that he wore booties in the house.

Great service. The technician was thorough and did not rush the job. Highly recommended.
