Complaint: *** I am rejecting this response because: In the contract that *** has with the city it states that all yard clippings are acceptable under 50lbsWhen dealing with yard clippings, rocks and dirt are to be expectedIts also pretty interesting that *** is able to haul off items such as refrigerators, washer/ dryers, etcbut when it comes to yard trimmings it becomes so picky on what is acceptable and what its notWhat is also quite outrageous is given your reason for not taking my yard trimmings why did your employees also not take my regular trashJust because you have a contract that states you don't touch dirt doesn't give you the right to renege on the rest of your obligations and not take anything (e.gif the contract states maximum of seven items, take seven items and leave the rest or if your contract states "we don't touch dirt" don't touch anything that resembles dirt but still take the trash bag that is will within its description of trash. In addition, to make the statement that I was acting irate and dropping F bombs is pretty interestingAs I recall the call I received from *** was so appalling I actually had no idea it was *** until his previous statement to Revdex.comHis first phone call was very controlled and very professional; the second phone call he had shifted attitude so far that it seemed like a completely different person straight from the startHe made the call as if it was a personal call to somebody that he was aggressively angry with, raising his voice and throwing one-sided accusations*** needs to understand that his demeanor when speaking with a customer over the phone should be completely different than making a personal call to somebody on his personal timeIts also proper phone etiquette to address your name within the intro of a phone call instead of going strait to yelling at the customer and hanging up once your being asked your name and position within the company Regards, *** ***

Upon complete investigation, although the waste volume and weight was not necessarily in compliance, I instructed my employees to remove the debris.   Therefore, rather than dispute with the claimant regarding the Specifications of the contract, and to provide service above and beyond contract...

requirements we completely cleaned up All of the bags from the site in question.  There should be no further issue with this Claimant at this time.  Issue has been resolved.  Our Goal is to provide Excellent Customer Service.   Additionally, we have investigated and counseled our employees on proper response/handling of these matters in the future.

we are concerned how the dumpster was placed behind your car two days later?  I have spoken with our team and we have taken the appropriate steps to communicate with our drivers related to that particular service area. My name is [redacted], I responded to the customer the first time he indicated that had an issue.  Our contract with the [redacted] clearly indicates we will pick up 1 cart and up to 7 items.  However, rock and dirt are not allowed.  When I first contacted the customer, I...

listened to his complaint and told him I would look into it.After reviewing the photos from the driver, we did not pick up his items due to them having rock and dirt included in the bags and cart.  Additional, he exceeded the 7 extra items, even though he indicated he only had seven in our first conversation.I tried to explain to the customer why we  could not pick his stuff, he became very irate and started using F-Word multiple times, at this point I ended the conversation.We will be glad to pick up the customers trash as long as it is in compliance with the [redacted] Contract.
