I was referred to this doctor by my Primary Care physician because I was diagnosed with *** *** and was specifically asked to go this doctorI did not find him on my own nor have I ever heard of himI went because I was specially asked to go and he also accepted my insurance which was ***One I arrived I filled out an extremely long questionnaire on an iPad and presented my insurance cardThere was no issue with my insurance, I explained I had a referral from my doctor and they allowed me to see this rheumatologistMore than a month after my visit and with ABSOLUTELY no communication by mail, email or phone (although I provided all) I received a $charge to my checking account with zero advance warningI immediately called the office and they told me the insurance denied my claim because I had no referralI explained that I very much did have oneI called and asked my Primary doctor to resend the referral againConcorde medical then resubmitted my claim to my insuran
