I am not satisfied because this is obviously a generic reply they didnt even take the name Ms [redacted] off the letter and replace it with the name [redacted]. Also there are numetous complaints on the Revdex.com by other people about the same situation, so its not an isolated problem. I want my money back and for them to be folled up on to make sure this is never done again to anyone else,
