Buyers Beware - Unethical
It is my opinion based solely on personal experience that Reliant Cellular, 7920 Belt Line Rd. Suite 300, Dallas, Texas, United States, 75254, Phone: (972) 998-8790, Web: Reliantcellular.com is not to be trusted. Amazon is also engaging in unethical practices because it is blocking customer reviews that would warn potential customers from having to deal with this company.

If you face Reliant Cellular attempts to steal your money, make sure you keep all communications and shipping documents because they have no limits to the lies and efforts to keep your money. They have zero integrity; so, if you drop your guard, expect a gut punch.

Deal directly with Amazon. Do not contact this company directly. When they reply, follow up directly with Amazon. I was issued a full refund via Amazon.

The item in question was returned commiserate with UPS Tracking Number: 1Z2A05729079804525. The item was shown having been received by the Seller. In keeping with the same, please refund $844.32 back to the original form of payment.

In addition, I have alerted Amazon regarding this matter, as well as that of your questionable business practices. When you mentioned that Amazon gave you my phone number, I knew at that juncture integrity was no longer germane to the situation.

I returned the item that is not working well. Please give my money back.
I bought the Samsung Galaxy S7 from Amazon with $367.96. The item arrived after few days later and I opened the package. Once I started opening the package, I found the poor which is not real Samsung galaxy S7 and the battery is not working. So, I charged the battery to minutes to an hour but still cannot turning on. I check every ten minutes to thirty minutes the battery but took me at least 10 hours to get charged about 20%. I was upset and when I start using it the phone was slow and freeze all the time. I bought the new charger because the charger was not even brand new when I open from box. Few days later, I complained to the Amazon for malfunctioning and Amazon decided to return me. Amazon sent me the return label on my Amazon account, according to the Amazon, the item is returnable until the return label is printable. So, I returned it after later while the return label was able to print out. I returned it with the USPS and insured up to $350. Once I returned, my Amazon account said, the return request had approved and the money will be ready in few days. After that, I never receive any back from seller. So, I asked for help with Amazon A-Z multiple times and they always answered differently. And, I contacted to seller two more times because Amazon wanted me to and the seller was cheating on me that they never receive the item back. Amazon is not really helpful for the case. In this case, I was really the victim and it make me somehow mentally painful because that was not my fault and I was cheated by fraudulent seller. Please help! Thank You!

Refund the amount of $367.96

We have no Customer by the name of ***, that has placed any order within the last 365 days.

This is an AMAZON order and amazon issue. It will be resolved by amazon. The customers claims are false. If the customer was eligible for any kind of return, or replacement, one would be granted and given.

Because this customer, who made this complaint, has given us no order #, no valid name under which an order was placed, no assistance can be given. Customer has also given us not information about any item being returned.

All Amazon orders are to be handled under the amazon system and we do not publicly display any pertinent information regarding these

Amazon order however, amazon does not have the privilege for the third party seller to handle properly. They are third party seller on amazon and trying to pretend that they are flawless. In fact, seller responses are totally false. They took the item that I already returned and still cheating that they never receive the item. I have USPS tracking number#XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX and insured up to $350. Attached is the proof of return receipt.

This is A-typical of Reliant Cellular. They claim that items are not received or shipping carrier is at fault. Deal directly with Amazon. Make sure that you obtain a confirmation email before you hang-up with Amazon.

Also, you might want to consider filing a consumer complaint with the State of Texas.

I ordered a samsung infuse phone from this company through the amazon website ... I returned the phone back to reliant cellular and they have yet to refund my money ... amazon also said they would step in to make sure I got my refund back also but now they are saying item was never returned ... I have emailed and scan copy of receipt when I shipped the phone including the address weight information everything they have asked me for ... Reliant never answers their phone or return messages ... amazon has promised my refund and have not went thru with it

We have tried contacting the customer regarding the return, the tracking number she provided hasn't updated and we have not received our phone back so we cannot issue a refund

Reliant cellular never returned any of my calls and package was sent to the address they gave me ... I don't know what more I can do I sent them all documentation I had and called this company and left messages with no return call from anyone from reliant cellular
