*** They phoned my store pretending to be calling from my businesses corporate office and told a sales associate that they needed to switch over our long distance phone linesThey then took over my stores long distance phone lines and started sending my store bills for something that no one even approvedThey claimed on the phone that the sales associate approved itI explained that the sales associate had no authority to approve anythingAfter speaking with said sales associate we realized that they had phoned pretending to be from our corporate office and lied to my associate It has now been two months and I have still not been able to get my stores long distance phones working because reliant communications just hangs up on me whenever we phone*** *** ***
