contracting service was hired to renovate new business. it was paid in full and full services have not been completed
contracting company is responsible for providing the certificate of occupancy form issued by city. person responsible is ***. we have hvac issues at the building that contracting company was responsible for and is still having recurring issues. we have asked multiple times via phone, voicemail, messages and email for returns calls for follow up to no response.
actual COI certificate of occupancy report to be delivered to property and repair of hvac units/refrigeration issues.
all issues have been taken care of as
The hvac was not all part of our contract but those issues were taken care of.
