This guys are thiefs, somebody from their office called me to see if I wanted to renew one more year with them, politely I told them to send me their offer, but I ask them to send it to another address because I wasnt home at the time they called me, so what these little scam artists did was charge me more money because they said I requested an address change, which is false, I told them to please review the recording of that phone call so they can see I didnt requested a damn thing, but they said I had to pay and that was final, so next time somebody calls you from an insurance company, better tell them to [redacted] off because they take advantage of anything to get more money out of you, they definetely SUCK

Review: Our vehicle was involved in an accident caused by their insured. The repairs were completed, to my satisfaction, however when I mailed in the receipt for the rental car they now only want to pay for a portion of it. They say it took too long to fix! Never mind how long it took them to return phone calls even to my insurance to admit liability so I could get it fixed. When I dropped my vehicle off the body shop took me to the rental car location. I went out of my way to keep the cost to a minimum. I drive a full size pickup truck, that I share with my son, who is actually the one that was hit by their insured. I was able to have them waive a daily fee for a second driver and another daily fee for an underage driver as my son is 21. In addition to that, to save even more, at a great inconvenience, I rented a compact car. Me and my son's work schedules overlap and he normally rides a bike to work and I pick him and his bike up after, as I do not feel it is safe for him to ride home that late at night. With a compact car, that was not possible and he had to walk to work instead. I paid a total of $355.19 for the rental. I dropped my truck off on a Friday morning and picked it up 13 days later approximately 3 hours after receiving a phone call that the truck was ready, and returned the rental at the same time. I received a check for $218.57 as reimbursement from Reliant and am told that they feel my vehicle should have repaired sooner. I was led to believe that I was able to take my vehicle anyplace I choose for the repairs. I was comfortable with the place I chose and am happy with the repairs done. Reliant did not tell me I had to take it to someplace that would rush through it in their timeframe. I do not feel that I should be out $136.62 for an accident that was no fault of ours. Reliant General has the worst customer service of anyplace I have dealt with in a very long time. For someone who is so concerned with time, they don't seem to care about anyone else's time, as it took numerous attempts from my insurance company to even get a return call so I could start the repairs and then again it took numerous unreturned calls on my part and more than a week, to get an address of where I could send my receipt for the rental. I have not requested reimbursement for anything extra, such as lost wages, etc... I only wanted my out of pocket expense covered!Desired Settlement: To have the full amount of the receipt submitted for car rental paid to me.

Review: In October, 2013 I called Reliant representative to add another car to my car insurance policy. I was told that the monthly premium would go to $76.06. I was never told that there would be a $400.00 charge to add the 2nd vehicle. In January 2014 Reliant withdrew $487.00 from my account. I called Reliant asking why they withdrew $400+. They explained that the was the charge for adding the 2nd vehicle to my policy. I explained to them that their representative in the El Monte office never mentioned this to me and that he merely stated that the new amount monthly premium would $76.06. I have tried calling, as well as emailing their representative and I have also called Reliant in San Diego and the woman's response was.. "Well, you should have done something about it sooner."Desired Settlement: I would like the amount withdrawn from my bank account because refunded to me because I was never told of the $400 additional charge.

Reliant General Insurance Services (RGIS) is responding to the Revdex.com letter dated

May 20, 2014 on behalf of Transguard Insurance Company of America. Our records of the insurance

transactions related to this inquiry are listed below:

· 10/18/13– A 2008 Kia Rio was added to the policy by endorsement submitted online per broker of

record with coverages including liability, comprehensive and collision and a deductible of $500. -

Declaration page attached.

o The additional premium for the added vehicle for coverage effective 10/18/13 was a total of

$483. This amount was added to the existing balance scheduled to be paid electronically in

installments . Reliant General does not charge a fee to process policy changes .

· 11/17/13 – Scheduled bill mailed out for $404.56 due date 11/29/13. Copy of bill attached.

o No call was received by our office prior to the sweep date requesting a stop on the payment

scheduled for automatic payment.

· 12/3/13 – $404.56 payment swept. Insured was on automatic payment plan with sweep dates on the

3rd of each month.

· 1/24/14 – Merc hant c hargebac k notice received in the amount of $328.50 as the disputed

transaction amount indicated by the customer. Copy attached.

· 2/4/14 – RGIS res ponded to the merchant chargeback and provided all documents mentioned above.

Copy of response attached.

· 2/24/14 – Merc hant Credit approved by the customer ’s bank and RGIS was credited

$328.50 after review of documents. Copy attached.

The insured was in contact with her broker, Drive Thru Ins. The representatives referred to in the

letter are not Agents or employees of RGIS, but they are a producer that sells our products. The

insured did contact RGIS on 12/6/13 and our representative explained the sweep in the amount of

$404.56 had already been processed and that we would have needed a minimum of

10 days notification to stop a sweep.

· 4/4/14 – Payment was declined and the policy renewal was cancelled Flat effective

Review: My car was hit by a client of Reliant General on March 1st. To this date, March 17th Reliant General has not paid for damages and will not provide an expected date to settle the claim. They are still trying to resolve a coverage issue is what I am being told. So they cannot even tell me if their client has coverage. I have lost use of my vehicle and have no idea if or when I can expect resolution.Desired Settlement: I would like Reliant General to pay for the damage to my car that their client caused.

This letter is sent in response to your request for assistance to the RevDex.com. I have reviewed your request for assistance and understand that your concern

is due to the outstanding coverage investigation for the above referenced claim.

Please be advised that the California Department of Insurance requires that upon

recieving proof of Claim, an insurer shall immediately, but in no event more then forty

calendar days later, accept or deny the claim in whole or in part. While we understand

that sustaining damages to you vehicle as a result of an auto accident can be

fustrating, we are required to perform a thorough and complete investigation before we

can finalize coverage and liability for an accident.

As you are aware we recievd notice of the accident March 3, 2014, when you reported it

and explained that we had a coverage issue that we were investigating and in the interim she

would set up an appraisal of your vehicle. On March 17m, 2014, your adjester returned our call

and advised that the coverage investigation was ongoing an we would contact you as soon as

coverage was finalized At the time your adjuster further advised that there was also a possibility

that should there be insufficient for the amopunt of damage caused to the 2 vehicles involved and

as a result all damages would be apportioned between the damaged vehicles.

Since your last conversation with your adjuster we have received the final information needed to

make a coverage decision and your adjuster will be contacting you by this week's end to discuss.

Review: This is respond of your letter of 01/10/2011 I do not know what or how Mr. [redacted] the owner of Quickbuy Auto Insurance Services LLC, wants to help me. He has a license to operate a business. He never did anything to correrct the problem. I don't need his services and I can not go to his office or get close to him. In my way of thinking he is not a person that can be trusted. he could had stopped this matter at the beginning and he never did anything. I sent a letter to the Insurance company asking to send me my money back. I sent a letter on the 01-14-2014 of this month. Now I have to wait for their response.Desired Settlement: I would like to have this matter resolve the soonest possible, but neither Mr. [redacted] or the Insurance Reliant wants to give me my money back. The policy was cancel on November 30, 2013. The insurance knows they are not suppose to keep the money. Ithink the Insurance and mr. [redacted] they know what they are doing and they do not care. A renewal offer was mailed on 11/07/13 for the term expiring on 11/30/13. Along with this offer was a

renewal review letter and an important notice advertising that a new rate plan for this program had been

approved by the Department of insurance and that the premium on the enclosed renewal offer may have
