a manager (me) because he was tied up with other business at time, which was trueI, later on that day, contacted the customer and waived any and all late fees associated with her accountI accepted payment in the amount of the original balance, minus the late fees, as payment in fullShe also stated that another employee was not being helpful and in fact was rude to herThat employee was disciplined for her actions
