this.Reliant Parking is contracted to sign for vehicles without permits at most of the accounts we haveIn this notice, there is no mention of what association she is from, so I am not able to search the details. However, as she stated, her association denied her requestIt is not the responsibility of Reliant to refund the money

It doesn't say what additional information is neededI've provided my name, my address, the parking space# that we were renting, the towing billNot sure what is neededDo you need my unit #> It is #**My phone # is ***My name is *** *** *** Adobe Falls Road, Unit **, *** ***, CA ***Adobe Falls Condo Association is the associationI've given this information already$is owed to meSee attached bill. Your answer wasn't acceptable anyway since your company was the cause. I found a CalifVehicle Code that may apply hereIt says..."vehicle's removal liable for double the storage or towing charges...the association or its agent who causes removal of a parked vehicle is guilty of an infraction, punishable by a fine of $1,000, if there is failure to comply with Vehicle Code"... We'll see if this is an infraction since the association and this agent (Reliant Parking) knows who we are, where we live, and what space we rentedCashed our checks and gave us a parking tag that we hanged from our mirrorbut our car was towed anyway

In this notice, there is no mention of what association she is from, so I am not able to search the details. However, as she stated, her association denied her request. It is not the responsibility of Reliant to refund the money. In researching this issue further, now that I have the association name, I see that this vehicle was towed for no permit on April 09, 2017 at around midnight. It also appears that this resident is renting two spaces and on March 29th, ordered a permit for one of the rented spaces. I am not sure where the breakdown of communication was given a permit was ordered prior to this vehicle being towed. In reference to the name issue, the association provided us with [redacted] as the name they have on record. I am not sure if that was once a valid name or not, but that is what was given to us.Again, this issue is with the board, not with Reliant. I am very sorry for this situation and wish there was more I can do to resolve this.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I am sorry that I did not provide the association name
before. Let me remedy that now. The homeowners association is Adobe Falls
Homeowners Association. We have lived here for close to 20 years. We have
rented the same space that we were towed from for over a year. We were not in
violation because we have been paying for that same parking space for over a
year and hanging from our rear view mirror was the Adobe Falls placard for the
same space #381. The association has been cashing all of our checks and we have
never had a problem until you came along. We never received any notice that we
were going to be towed or nor any letter from your company. And I’ve been told you had
the wrong last name on it anyway. Now we’re out money. The towing fee is
$352.00. We will be expecting to be reimbursed for it or we go to court.
Reliant Parking’s website has these quotes that I find very
telling. “Towing cars leads to positive Online Reviews!!!” and “being nice can
lead to unhappiness…”
This company Reliant Parking is the worst! You can quote me
on that!
