I just want to say I've been in the area for many many years and have rented through so many companies that are horrible. I mean HORRIBLE. Reliant is THE BEST company I have ever dealt with. They were always on any problems in a quick timely manner! Upon moving out Savannah H[redacted] was very sweet and pointed out little things I needed to do before getting almost my whole deposit back and gave me time to fix those. It is great to actually see someone who cares for a house that someone else owns and making sure it stays in fantastic shape. Thank you reliant!!!! Even though we only rented you all were wonderful!!!!

They do amazing at keeping our home rented and have a very quick turn over rate which is exactly what we need in a property management company. They are all very friendly and we know our home is in good hands.
