Revdex.com:I have decided NOT to participate in Binding Arbitration to resolve my complaint with ID ***I understand that because I have decided to not pursue arbitration that Revdex.com must close my complaintI have decided to pursue legally or via other avenuesI see no point in engaging in an arbitration with two people who not only lie shamelessly (and I can prove it), but refuse to accept their culpability in the situationMy attorney, and my homeowner's insurance company have both sent demand letters to RHS via certified mailThey did not accept delivery of the lettersThe insurance company and myself have joined forces, and will now file complaints with the state of COIf they do not accept delivery of the complaint, and do not appear in court they will be held in contempt and a warrant issued. RHS, I have discovered, has not held a business license, either in *** or Loveland, for two yearsOf course, this means that they have not taken out permits for the jobs that require itTheir CO state license was revoked due to a cease and desist order, and they have not renewed their LLC statusWe also believe that they are not insured as required by lawTherefore, not only are they operating a business illegally, advertising RHS as a licensed and insured LLC is fraudulentNot only that, one of the A***s has made libelous remarks on the Revdex.com site, alleging that I and *** *** colluded to defraud my insurance company. All of this, and I suspect even more, will come out during a hearingI strongly suggest that the A***s move to settle out of court, AND honor the settlement agreement to avoid further problemsI appreciate the offer of arbitration from the Revdex.com, but I feel that it would not serve my best interests. Regards, *** ***

7/25: Recorded phone call from [redacted] expressing her desire for a sewer repair due to periodic sewer backups and she had gotten another bid from another company that she didn’t trust. On 8/6:  The sewer repair was completed. Recorded phone call from [redacted] expressing her satisfaction with the...

work we did and the restoration company are doing but also asking us to cover her $1,500.00 deductible.  Which we agreed to as a courtesy. * We found out that the restoration company and [redacted] conspired to increase the price to her insurance company by the amount of the deductible so we decided not to compensate [redacted] the deductible beings she had already been compensated for it.   8/15:  Collected final payment and signature of satisfaction with the service she received from us. During this visit our tech Luke told her we were not going to compensate her for her deductible.  [redacted] replied “It was worth trying”. 8/23-8/24: Short emails from [redacted] asking for the invoice she said she didn’t receive and after receiving it, another email asking for a refund of $189.00 for the initial sewer scope service. 8/23:  Received customer survey.  Expressing dissatisfaction of us not refunding her deductible. 8/25:  Email from [redacted] wanting us to edit our invoice. 8/26:  Reached out to customer to try to resolve her issues. She was hostile to anything we had to say. 8/27:  Left voice mail to customer asking her to contact us once again to try and resolve It appears this customer is NOT dissatisfied with the sewer repair we did, so we are offering no reimbursement for that.  She was dissatisfied with time it took the restoration company to mediate the pre-existing water/mold and sewerage damage the restoration company spotted while there cleaning up the sewer back up she herself had caused by flushing the toilet several times while we were excavating with the sewer line capped off. She admits in her last complaint of preexisting mold damage and that she hired a “plumber” to repair a broken water pipe, which factors into what we have said in the beginning, she had preexisting damage/mold/issues prior to the sewer repair.  At this point, we feel there is nothing we can do to resolve this customer’s complaint. She made it clear in her last response that she has already retained an attorney and her insurance company will be subrogating my insurance company.   We await to hear from her attorney and insurance company.  To this date we have heard from neither. If you need or would like to see any of the written documentation and/or recorded phone calls I would be happy to provide them.  If the Revdex.com requires mediation or any other means to bring this to resolution we would be cooperating to the fullest.
