Review: Relieve student loans (RSL) had me pay them $600 to help file forms for a student loans relief program, then I didnt have to make any payments for a year then at a year marker I get a bill from Navient saying I owe then money for my loans, which RSL said I would never have to deal with again. When I called Navient they told me I was scammed.Desired Settlement: I would like my initial money back and for RSl to be looked into and possibly taken off the internet so no one else gets scammed as I did

Reached out to Client [redacted] multiple times to refile annual paperwork for IBR Program. Mr. [redacted] has not returned or answered any calls from Relieve Student Loans client was reached out to on 8/15/2015 8/17/2015 9/7/2015 9/8/2015 in the last 60 days. Client [redacted] signed a service agreement with Relieve Student Loans that we would annually reevaluate his yearly situation as that is how the IBR Progam works. Mr. [redacted] signed service agreement 7/18/2014 Mr. [redacted] benefited from our service and received a lower payment on his federal student loans. We made Mr. [redacted] well aware that we would not charge a monthly maintenance fee and file his paperwork free of charge for the following year. Attached you will find Mr. [redacted]'s service agreement where Relieve Student Loans has held up there contractual agreement. At this point Relieve Student Loans denies refund of $585.00 as consolidation, and initiation into IBR Program as all work outlined in the service agreement has been completed on behalf of the client. Client [redacted] is welcome to contact Relieve Student Loans to refile his IBR paperwork free of charge as outlined in his service agreement.

Review: I started using the Relieve Student loan program which was to consolidate all my loans into one. The program was that I paid 9 payments every two weeks to complete their service fee of $619.00, which I completed now they have taken two unauthorized payments of $71.12 which was for other bills in my home. Mind you I haven't even started paying any of my loans off that was just a "fee" that they charge to get loans consolidated and be in the forgiveness program. I truly don't even know if this is a real program. I am only able to talk to one rep his name [redacted] which he is very rude and the supervisor which only communicates through email his/her name is [redacted]. They are not complying with giving me my deserved refund they asked me to send them my bank statements so they can verify the charges, which they should have in their system. I did that with all my receipts from faxing them and they are still not giving me a refund. I cancelled my debit card so they can not take any further payments out until April when I start paying on my loans which I will not do until I know this is a legit company. I have requested my bank to dispute it and it will take up to 5 days but that is not going to justify the way they are treating me.Desired Settlement: I just want a refund

Client [redacted] has been refunded three separate times and we will show proof of that. Client received wok on her Federal Student loans and removed from her Default situation by RSL INC. Program was completed for client in timeline outlined in contract. All work was completed in a timely manner. All refunds have been met in a timely manner. RSL Inc. granted client another refund just so that there would be no hard feelings or confusion in the future. I have attached clients contract along with proof 3 payments have already been refunded to the client. We have reached out to the client multiple times and left messages and emails trying to show proof of this. Client refuses to call us back and reached out to the Revdex.com. At this point we consider this matter closed as all money requested has been returned in full and an extra one was just issued. We wish the client all the best in the future and is welcome to contact us at anytime. Regards RSL INC.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[Student relieve student loans has not tried to contact me in any way! Not by phone or email, they actually blocked my phone number from being able to call which I have recorded. I also have phone conversations of how rude they are on record. I sent many emails requesting assistance and received nothing back. I have plenty of proof on how bad of a company they are. Even your website says that there is a alert on the student relieve student loans so I'm sure the company will cause many more problems for others!!! ]

To whom it may concern:

This is in reference to [redacted] The clients .name is [redacted] reached out to our company

on 06/26/2014 in regards to his Federal Student Loans. [redacted] had 10 loans and a payment o·f

$300.00 dollars a month. Our sales representative Julie signed up the client through [redacted]

where [redacted] signed the documents on June 26th The document is attached to this letter. [redacted] first payment was not scheduled until 07/04/14 allowing him 9 extra days with his signed

documents, not once ever reading over them. Client made first payment on 07/04/14 his scheduled

date, all work on his file began. Attached you will find the completed consolidation application along

with the PAVE application. The client is receiving a loan consolidation along with being put into a

program to drop his payments to $0.00 per month no longer the $300.00 dollars. All work was

submitted to the Department of Education and you will find it attached to this letter along with the

documents the client signed. Client made a second payment on 08/04/2014 at this point all work by us

had been completed for him.

At this point client [redacted] called and said that at that point he would

like to cancel and for us to return all his money. The acting manager spoke with [redacted] and said that you

have to abide by your contract and cancel the correct way, which is stated in our contract on page 4 #6.

Client [redacted] at that time would have to fax in a cancellation request and accounting would review

his request and see if he qualified for a refund as all work had been completed on his file and it had

already passed his 3 day recession period after his first payment on 7/4/14. Client YELLED at acting

manager at the time and said "If you don't refund my money I am going to complain to everyone I can."

Acting manager said you need to fax in you cancellation request so that we may try to process a refund

for you. Client [redacted] hung up on acting manager. [redacted] has still yet to send in his

cancellation request or read his documents. All work has been completed for this client and he still sits

in a $0.00 monthly payment because of our service. Client [redacted] is saving $3,600.00 a year.

I have an appreciation for the people at RSL.

It is an organization who are really into helping people by putting them in the right direction. Robert Lopez at RSL is very knowledgeable, and helpful, by providing detailed information about how the process works. Yes, the process is real!!! And it works!!!!

Review: These is lied to me and told me that they could consolidate all my student loans until 1 and give me a discount price to pay. They told me I'd be paying $104 a month for 9 months and then the rest of my loan is forgiven. I gave them my bank account number, my social security number, and on my personal info. When it came time for them to take out the $104 every month they never did then 7-8 months later after not answering when I call them or returning my call, they call me back and say that there was a problem trying to take out the money. No I don't understand the problem when I always had at least $1,000 in my account. To call them and ask what's going on they argue with me on the phone then when I get mad they laugh and call me a racist slur. These people get your contact information and all your important documents and then use it to solicit your info two other 3rd world companies. I've heard from previous people that these people just stole money from their bank account and never paid on the loan. Everyone stay away from these no good criminals.Desired Settlement: These bs messed up my 6 month tax extention and lied to me saying that I would be able to file my taxes after I pay them continuously for 3 months my $104 payment. So since the mess that up they don't we fix that I'm bringing these internet scammers to court and suing them.

Thank you for the notification regarding this complaint by a potential previous customer.

Review: In November 0f 2014, I contacted RelieveStudent Loans in hopes of becoming a part of a student debt release program. I was informed by [redacted] lll I would have to pay $100 for 9 months to get my student loans out of default, and there after the repayment of my loans would be income based for the next 240 months. I set up a recurring program in which I paid a hundred dollars a month starting in November 19, 2014. For the next 8 months I paid RSL to get my loans out of default. Navient contacted me shortly after around December 0f 2014, trying to collect the debt on my loans. I contacted [redacted] lll, and he assured me it was being taken care of, and to not pay any mind to the phone calls. Since then, Navient has attempted to contact me on several occasions. When I spoke with them in June, I was informed that none of the money was ever received by them, and that my loans were still in default. With many failed attempts, I tried contacting Relieve Student Loans(RSL) for almost a month. I put a stop payment through my bank on the recurring transactions. I attempted to contact RSL again, and FINALLY was able to speak to someone. I spoke to their "accounting" department for nearly 30 minutes. They said they would contact Navient, and return my phone call within 48 hrs. This was about 3 weeks ago. I have yet to receive a phone call regarding the status of my my account. Since November 19, 2014 I am now out $800. Which only a hundred dollars, is retrievable through my bank due to permissible circumstances regarding fraudulent law. This whole process has drastically affected my credit in a negative way, and added even more of a financial burden than prior to my involvement with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like the company to refund me my money for the services that were promised, but never rendered.

Client [redacted] has benefited from the service of RSL INC. I will attach proof that all of Clients loans are out of Default and currently in a good standing with her current lender. Her bank also sided with us that all work was completed after client claimed a fraud charge on her service charges. Bank asked for proof which we will attach that all work had been completed and that loans were out of Default. We completed that work for client and client is now claiming loans are not out of Default and work was not completed for her. Attached you will see the signed documents on service agreement and another attachment showing her loans are currently out of Default. Just like clients bank we are denying refund due to all work was completed and client signed a service agreement acknowledging services rendered. We wish the client all the best in the future.
