I am rejecting this response because: the gutter was installed May when the front porch was installed may 2003, did not have any problem untill *** roofing did the work informed *** of this problem the person who came out was negative when he arrived at our home would not listen to my information

Dear concerned customer, We understand your frustration regarding the leak and apologize for the communication on our endThe inspector that we sent out took pictures of the damaged area and has explained that the roof leak is due to the screens on the gutter picking up roof shinglesHe was
informed that the gutters were installed prior to the roof and there was no leak prior, but was not able to get confirmation on when the gutter screens were installedHe was also informed that the gutters get cleaned out every now and thenSo between not knowing when the gutter screens were and installed and the gutters getting cleaned out, and it taking years for the leak to show up, we are confident that the roof was installed correctly (and was fully inspected to confirm) and the shingles were moved due to something involving gutter screens installed/cleaningLeaks due to *** workmanship are taken very seriouslyWe are proud to say that does not come up oftenBut when it does, we assure you that we look into every detail and aspect of the situationThat way if it is something that we are responsible for, it is taken care of it for our customer.Thanks
