Hi, The reason I am contacting you is because the Company Relion Credit Solutions charged my card without giving me the services for which I pay. I signed a contract with them in which I was offered a monthly service for six months and I never received that service but they charged my card $59.00 plus $188.37 on 09/16/2019. After that I called my bank to block them and surprise they still charged my card $59.00 on 10/15/2019. Called again to my bank to ask why they charged me? and they block them again. And they charged me 59.00 again on 11/13/2019. So I called my bank and they just sent me a new card to prevent future charges. I opened a dispute with my bank and they give the dispute in their favor. I tried to cancel my membership but they never replied me. I am requesting my full refund due to never received any services from Relion Credit Solutions. Thank You so much in advance.

Hello there, this is response to the claim. This is a flat out lie. *** received all her services and was charged correctly. I have included all the information in the attachments. I wish for this to also be deleted from my Revdex.com report.

Hi, This is a response regarding my claim. I did not received the services for which I paid for. This guy is a profesional scammer. Yes you won the chargebacks with the bank because you provide a contract which I signed because I was desperate to fix my credit without doing a research on your fake business. That is the reason for I have to escalate this matter with the Revdex.com. This guy was kick out from the Facebook group where I sign up for his service due to scamming. He even deleted their Facebook account because of that. Who is the liar? You are the only liar right here. He charged my card even when I called the bank to block him the first time. I do not know how he did it but he charged my card again. He never answers to my emails or calls. And all that without providing the services. If you take a look at their yelp page is closed. Why? They do not want that the people know who really they are. Lastly they reply after the case was closed with all these lies. Another thing to add. I sent him a lot of my personal information when signing up for their services. After I opened the case with Revdex.com someone was trying to reset my socalgas account password. Nobody know that email. I used the same email to sign up for his services. If something happen to my credit or accounts I make responsible this scammers. I will be checking closely. Hi, I am contacting you because this company is not transparent with their contract, they report everything in your credit report even the positive accounts that help your credit. and they just use internet templates for their letters that they do not read or verify for an expensive price of 59.99 a month. They are just scamming people. Please investigate this company.

Hello there, we are just seeing this complaint. I would like to say first and foremost, that this individual is flat out lying, as our letters are created directly from the creator of the credit repair method of Metro2 challenges. Nothing that has come off the internet.
Second and MOST IMPORTANT is that this individual has never been and is not a client of our company. I do not know how to show you this, but no client we have ever worked with is by this name. Please contact me at 833-463-8762 to discuss further.
