In Oct.2019 I went to *** to do my 2017 and 2018 taxes. I brought her all my personal information and tax papers. *** advised me on 10/24/19 she filed my 2017 taxes and I was charged for her doing so. She then advised me they rejected the filing and I went to her office and she claimed to fix the issue and had me SIGN my tax return and said she would send it back E-file with the IRS this was beginning of Nov. So in November I am told my 2017 taxes are complete and filed and she is paid. She begins working on 2018 and then advises me that my taxes are filed for 2018 also that she filed those in Jan 2020. So with the agreement that once taxes were filed and job was complete I paid her another 875.00 for preparing my taxes. Well as of March 1st I still had not received my refund for my 2017 taxes she advised she filed back in Nov 2019. So after attempting 40 calls to reach her and no answer and no call back, I went to the office at 8pm and she was in the office the same place I think she lives but even though she was there she was ignoring my calls. Now face to face she assures me my taxes were filed both years then says she shows my refund was issued so I asked to see that on the computer she claimed she was looking at it on but then all of a sudden she wasn't able to log into the IRS because she wasn't using same computer, well how did you see it say my refund was issued? She made every single excuse back stroking and said she would work on it in the morning. Well that monday I myself called the IRS and was advised that they in fact seen the Oct 2019 tax rejection she filed but NOT A SINGLE FILING OR ATTEMPT HAS BEEN FILED SINCE THAT DATE. So after being forced to sit outside the office to confront her due to avoiding my calls I found her hiding in the back office with a few of her friends lying about her being there but I had already seen in the window. She advised me my file/all my personal info was not in the office but at her home is what she claimed. Who knows who has my info
