I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. Regarding my complaint. The insurance company for ***s has finally contacted usOur vehicle has not yet been repaired but is scheduled to be done at the end of the month. Although it has not been fixed yet, and until done so I am always still hesitant to say, but it appears the issue has been resolved

I respectively disagree with just about everything Ms*** is stating regarding her plant. When this plant was purchased, it was in very good condition, nothing being described. This was purchased at beginning of season when plants are at their peak and would never sell a plant
that was half dead nor would we expect a customer to purchase a plant in that condition. The plant that was purchased is a Birds of Paradise as was labeled on the plant at time of purchase. Ms*** called the garden center several months after the purchase and wanted a refund and each time we stated there is no refunds or returns on annual plants after hours and is posted at the point of sale. Five different employees and or managers have taken calls from MsSchultz explaining the return policies to her and the issue of receiving the wrong plant which I'm not sure even if her daughter who purchased the plant was sure what she was purchasing, however, that is beside the point. Ms*** sent me an email, via facebook, with an attachment of a plant description stating this is the plant she received, however, the plant description she sent was a description of a bird of paradise; I immediately replied to her that the plant description she sent me was a "bird of paradise" and sent her the proper description of the bird of paradise she received. Ms*** then contacted me within the last two weeks saying she sent me an email and never heard from us and I told her I personally answered her request and will forward her a copy; I asked her to please stay on the line while retrieve the reply and came back on the phone to make sure she was still able to hold because I wanted this resolved right away. I was searching my emails and couldn't find the email, but after further searching, found that the email she sent was through facebook and was using a different last name, not Schultz. I then told her I found the email response from me and she inquired about a refund; I asked her before we go any further I would like her to review my response that she was looking at the wrong plant description and to review it and call me back; NEVER did I hang up on her as I was determined to make sure she understood the plant purchased was the correct plant. It is disturbing that she is accusing us of mistreating her as we strive every day to keep our customers happy. Her claim is not warrantied and feel we did everything we could to resolve this issue amicably. Thank you *** ***

I have been in contact with Mr*** several times and feel his claim is irrational. We talked at least twice and acknowledged the damage, though we do not take responsibility when customer gives us permission to load their vehicle, we offered to pay. I asked him to get me quotes
which he emailed those quotes on May 24, 2016. I emailed him back acknowledging receipt of them. I feel an answer or payment for damages that are done within working days is more than reasonable and Mr*** sent a complaint days after I received his quotes.I am attempting to send you the copy of my email to him on June but cannot attach it to this response.
