From: KellieRae B*** < [redacted] @relishcatering.info>Date: Wed, Oct 11, at 1:PMSubject: CASE [redacted] RELISH RESTAURANTTo: [redacted] @myRevdex.com.org This email is in response to a guest complaint made 9/25/by [redacted] There indeed was an 8pm reservation held by the [redacted] Family on Wed September 20th, However, during their dinner service, there was absolutely no mention of any issues with dinner service, nothing alluded to the guests being unhappy nor unsatisfied It is quite odd to hear that we knowingly collected payment if we did indeed run out of food for guests, when it just so happens to be our Soulsational Seafood Buffet To our recollection, the only item that was no longer featured for that evening was our Steamed Crab Legs, which we ran out at about 9:30pmIn addition to the crab legs, we also serve other items not including the build your Own Salad Bar or the Build Your Own Pasta and Dessert StationsSeeing that the buffet is an all you can buffet with one set price, we encourage guests to try all of our items, and we also reserve the right to replace items as neededOur physical and online fliers mention that as well With a dedicated server and managers on staff, had these particular guests attempted to reach out and voice their concerns, this situation would have been easily rectified and the appropriate accommodations would have been madeWe understand that we are not perfect, things do go wrong at times, but we also pride ourselves on ensuring that each and every guest leaves happier than they arrivedTo not inform us of any problems, to not alert the server or ask for a manager either that evening or by calling or emailing the next day, has robbed us of the chance to address the situation We take great pleasure in delivering great service as well as productTo say that we did not have enough food for the party of as still charged accordingly is simply not true In conclusion, we do not wish to invite these guests back or offer any form of compensationKellieRae B***Relish Restaurant [redacted] Ave Phila, Pa [redacted] www.relishphiladelphia.com

In addition to the crab legs, we also serve 29 other items not including the build your Own Salad Bar or the Build Your Own Pasta and Dessert Stations.
