I entered a maintenance request with my property management company on 7/2/to have my front door lock replaced/repaired and my master toilet repaired After stressing to the property managers that I was unable to safely enter/exit my home, I did not receive any follow-up I reached out to the company again on 7/and was advised that my original maintenance requests had been somehow "misplaced" and that a vendor would be unable to come out to the home until 7/ NOTE: My garage door and also front door had both been inoperable for over week and toilet had been slow flowing since mo(5/10) After explaining to the manager that this was against county fire codes, I was rudely/nonchalantly advised that "it's the holidays and I was also without air at my own home" The vendor arrived to my home on 7/and failed/refused to properly repair both the front door (which I had developed a temporary workaround for that involved sticking a napkin into the door jam) and the toilet

Beware of this company! I encourage both tenants and landlords to steer clear of this firm I made the mistake of renting a home in Johns Creek through this company earlier this year I dutifully paid my rent on time for months in a row I paid my December rent electronically on November 30th I noticed that the funds had still not been withdrawn as of December 12th so I contacted Kristina Gat Relocation Realty to express my concern She told me not to worry and to contact her if the rent was not withdrawn by 12/ On the the morning of 12/18, I was told that my payment was refused by my bank and that I must pay a whopping 20% penalty within hours or I would be evicted I made a simple error when I typed in my routing number on their electronic portal That was my mistake I proactively reached out to them to express my concern about the rent not being withdrawn and was given assurances that it was "fine"

Warning! I am a current tenantI paid the USPS to deliver my money order next dayI bought the money order from the post office and received a guarantee of next day deliverI provided proof of receipt of both the money order and mailing out my paymentThe post office even offered to call the companyThe post office lost my paymentEven providing proof the post office lost it, they filed eviction proceedings on me and expected me to pay court fees instead of trying to work with me on a payment plan to catch me up for that one month considering the circumstancesTasha conveyed to me that it didn't matter what proof I provided, the payment was not in her office by the due date so she was starting the eviction processBewareThis office is so unethical and should be shut downThey do everything possible to try and get money out of you

I was charged a $late fee for a rent payment made at 12PM on the 2nd day of the month because the 1st fell on a Sunday and the office was closed

**WARNING FROM FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE 8/17/
I can tell you from FIRST-HAND EXPERIENCE, as of 8/17/The leasing agent (Hardeman G***) on to the office staff (Tasha) are all con-artists and liarsI called in response to a posting I noticed on Hotpads, that was listed 1-days priorI went down to view the property, the same day I calledI was told by agent (Hardeman G***) that "I WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO GET BACK WITH HIM ABOUT THE RENTAL."
I explained to him that I had BAD credit and a low scoreOn the Rental Application under Credit, it states: "Please tell your Agent if you anticipate a problem with your credit, we may have suggestions." I did this BEFORE FILLING OUT THE RENTAL APPLICATIONMrG*** stated, "YOU WILL BE APPROVED, BUT YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY A HIGHER DEPOSIT, EQUAL TO 2-3X THE MONTHLY RENTAfter hearing this, I felt comfortable enough to complete the application, along with the ($130) appfee and pay the reservation fee
My hubby did not have a good feeling about Relocation Realty and the sneakiness of its staff after meeting with them in-personI forced him to relinquished the fund totaling more ($840) after he spoke with TashaShe repeated the same line when asked about qualifying as applicants with a high debt ratioE.g., "YOU WILL BE APPROVED, BUT YOU MAY HAVE TO PAY HIGHER DEPOSIT, EQUAL TO 2-3X THE MONTHLY RENT"
I called her on 8/17/to find out about our mostatus; she said "she emailed the response," which was another lieThey leased the rental out to another applicant while excepting our RESERVATION FEE (which was to hold the unit and)I would have filled out an application if CREDIT WAS A FINAL FACTOR!
All I can say is if you value spending your hard earned money wisely, STAY AWAY FROM RELOCATION REALTY and its agentsThey will say anything to get the application fees, as they make money off of itThey are DECEPTI-CONS, downright Snakes

Relocation Reality managed my property when I expressed desire to leave they broke off all contact with me and have not given me any rent since May

-5/24/I sent an email stating I no longer wanted to use the Management Services because of various incidents I still wanted to use them for lease renewals and the yearly walk-through
-5/26/*** replied back she has not heard from the tenant and she would let me know if the tenant wants to renew
-5/27/*** sent an email stating that I would have to keep them as a management company I responded back I no longer want to work with the company as management and if they insisted on managing, the tenant would have to move I ask for them to call me back ASAP
-5/31/I emailed and I called several times and *** still has not responded by email or phone call
