Unfair application of late fees Unfair amount of late fees Beware of this company! I encourage both tenants and landlords to steer clear of this firm I made the mistake of renting a home in Johns Creek through this company earlier this year I dutifully paid my rent on time for months in a row I paid my December rent electronically on November 30th I noticed that the funds had still not been withdrawn as of December 12th so I contacted Kristina Gat Relocation Realty to express my concern She told me not to worry and to contact her if the rent was not withdrawn by 12/ On the the morning of 12/18, I was told that my payment was refused by my bank and that I must pay a whopping 20% penalty within hours or I would be evicted I made a simple error when I typed in my routing number on their electronic portal That was my mistake I proactively reached out to them to express my concern about the rent not being withdrawn and was given assurances that it was "fine"
I entered a maintenance request with my property management company on 7/2/to have my front door lock replaced/repaired and my master toilet repaired After stressing to the property managers that I was unable to safely enter/exit my home, I did not receive any follow-up I reached out to the company again on 7/and was advised that my original maintenance requests had been somehow "misplaced" and that a vendor would be unable to come out to the home until 7/ NOTE: My garage door and also front door had both been inoperable for over week and toilet had been slow flowing since mo(5/10) After explaining to the manager that this was against county fire codes, I was rudely/nonchalantly advised that "it's the holidays and I was also without air at my own home" The vendor arrived to my home on 7/and failed/refused to properly repair both the front door (which I had developed a temporary workaround for that involved sticking a napkin into the door jam) and the toilet
I was charged a $late fee for a rent payment made at 12PM on the 2nd day of the month because the 1st fell on a Sunday and the office was closed
Relocation Reality managed my property when I expressed desire to leave they broke off all contact with me and have not given me any rent since May -5/18/I received a renewal notice email from [redacted] of Relocation Reality/Rental Reloaction -5/24/I sent an email stating I no longer wanted to use the Management Services because of various incidents I still wanted to use them for lease renewals and the yearly walk-through -5/26/ [redacted] replied back she has not heard from the tenant and she would let me know if the tenant wants to renew -5/27/ [redacted] sent an email stating that I would have to keep them as a management company I responded back I no longer want to work with the company as management and if they insisted on managing, the tenant would have to move I ask for them to call me back ASAP -5/31/I emailed and I called several times and [redacted] still has not responded by email or phone call Finally [redacted] the owner, called me ba
