Good afternoon,I am writing to the 2nd complaint from Mr [redacted] # [redacted] ,ReloTrans is not responsible for a year old tool box that came loose in his year old vehicle? The tool box caused over $damage to another vehicle that ReloTrans was responsible for? Mr [redacted] 's claim will remain denied as the driver did not neglect anything on his vehicle? The tool box (without anything it in) was rusted and blew off his truck? This is not transport related damage.Thank you, [redacted] ***, CRPVice President, Client Relations

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] .? ? The reasoning for my rejection is that the box was completely secured in the bed of the truck, was not mentioned as a problem at pick-up, and Relotrans has provided no evidence to the contrary? They resort to an unsubstantiated story which at best shows their truckers negligence in loading the vehicle? Their staff was rude and unprofessional and admitted in the first phone call when they notified me of the damage to my vehicle that they would deny any claim that I submitted? That certainly does not sound like a claims process with any integrity.? Regards, [redacted] ?

Good Afternoon- Ms***’s *** *** with 97,miles was picked up on 12/in Hartford, CT and was transported to Centennial, CO where it delivered on 12/29. Attached, please find a photo of her vehicle upon pickup in CT, a photo of the vehicle upon delivery, and two inspection
sheets. Both inspections and the photo at pickup show that this vehicle had substantial damage when it was picked up in CT and the inspections are marked in that area as “BR” for broken, amongst other things. My carrier advised that upon pickup of her vehicle they found that, due to the existing damages, the bumper was held in place using clear tape. During transit and through the rainy weather the tape came off and the bumper fell off half way. In order to deliver it without further damage they tried to secure it as tape would no longer hold it. This process does take time and *** was aware that we were in the process of reviewing all of this. *** sent an estimate showing the cost of what ReloTrans was expected to reimburse. This estimate, also attached, is for over $5,000.00. Being that the condition of the vehicle was what it was when we got it, we were not responsible to repair everything on that estimate and were in the process of determining what we should be responsible for, if anything. I’d advised *** that I was waiting on a call back from the shop since there were quite a few line items pertaining to areas that may have had existing issues. After a few attempts to reach someone at the shop to discuss her claim I was finally able to get someone who advised that *** had already been working with her insurance company and was in the process of having her car deemed “totaled”. *** never advised me of this or even that she was working with her insurance company. I found out when I spoke with the shop. Once I advised *** that I was aware of this she provided me with contact information for her insurance company and is expecting that ReloTrans reimburse her $for her deductible and an additional $for a rental car. At this point, I have not heard from her insurance company to confirm what, if anything, ReloTrans should be responsible for. Thank you very much and please let me know if you need anything further. *** *** ***Claim Specialist *** ***

Mr***'s *** was shipped from TX to AZ and delivered without his year old tool box? It may have been secured but not secured enough to stay in his truck while being transported on a car carrier.Mr***'s "year old tool box" flew out of his truck resulting in the
tool box hitting the roof of another vehicle and the damage was approximately $5,to repair? After hitting the roof of another vehicle, it then hit the road causing the "year old tool box" to break in pieces.ReloTrans is not responsible to replace his "year old tool box" and an email was sent to Mr*** on 9/explaining this.I have attached a copy of our Tip Sheet for your review.Thank you,*** ***, CRPVice President, Client Relations
