They replaced a copper hose on my water heater with a cheap braided hoseIt leaked months after being replaced and caused damage to my hallwayThey refused to replace the hose and were rude about itStay away!

Plumber has refused to answer my request for receipt/invoice and warranty for installation of a hot water heater
The plumber installed a hot water heater in my home on 3/19/ I wanted to pay by credit card, but he claimed his remote credit card device was not working because he forgot the password I had to pay him by check I requested a copy of a receipt/invoice or warranty and he said he would email it to me I texted him my email address the same day and almost everyday since and I have received nothing I called and talked to him on 3/22/ He claimed they were backed up with paperwork and they would be sending it that afternoon I have received nothing from them I have nothing to prove they were even here, except a canceled check
