I went to this location to get an inspection sticker done on my car
I gave the guy my registration that he asked for to inspect my car
After the inspection was made he told me that my car had failed and I had days to
repair the problem and return to get a passing stickerHe gave me the inspection paper
results but did not give back my registrationI realized that he did not give me back my registration after I drove away but by the time I got back to the show it was closedI immediately went there the next day to tell the guy that he never gave me back my registration and I showed him the papers that he handed me the day before but there was not a registration in the papersI spoke with the manager and explained the situation but he was not any helpI told the manager to look up the security footage from the prior day to show that I was never handed my registration backHe said no and to just go print one out onlineHe never told me it would cost $to do so after I ch

In regards to complaint # *** here is what happenedMr*** came in and got his vehicle inspectedEvery customer must give our Inspector a copy of there registration and their payment of as soon as their vehicle is pulled into the bayAs we did with Mr*** vehicleUpon
completion of vehicle, each customer is handed back, their registration, paper work, and if their vehicle is rejected other paper work, as was with Mr***It was explained to him that his vehicle had failed and he had days to bring the vehicle back to the shop to get a free inspection stickerMr*** returned to the shop a few days later and asked the inspector if he had his registrationThe inspector said he gave it back to him that day with his papersCustomers asked if he would check to see if there was a registration left in the bayThe inspector told him no that he gave it to him with his paperwork but would lookThere was no registration foundIn a case if there ever was registration left standard procedure would be to mail it back to the customerThis was not the caseWhen Mr*** was not happy with the inspectors answer he came in the office and spoke with the secretary and told her his problemshe in turn spoke with the inspector in front of Mr*** and was told by the inspector again that he did not have itAt this point he did ask for a managerHe explained the situation again and again and the inspector said again he gave it back with the paper work
