I have not been to the residence , but I know where it is located as listed in his business card..so ..Can you please let Mr.*** know that I will be there to pick up the check no later than tomorrow ,what time is convenient for me to come by? .or is it available anytime ?
Greetings, I've tried to meet with the Complaint. She has been to my residents. She offered to come and get the check PAID IN FULL. 10 days ago. I have long list of satisfied customers. I would like to give them their money back. I do have a slight problem with that since I have a signed contengency agreement saying if thay cancell, there is a $600.00 penalty, stated as ' Liquidated damages". However I would just like to make this go away. Please let them know they can come get teh money.

He wants me to pick up the payment in his home address ,which I am not comfortable doing. I asked him when can I meet him at his usual bank and I have not received a response yet . I would really like to take care of this and be done with it as soon as possible.
